Open all year round, Libbear Barton is a small country estate in rural North Devon, with a gorgeous Georgian Farmhouse and three cosy cottages. The gorgeous Georgian Farmhouse sleeps 14 - Imagine walking in to your holiday house to find a real home from home.....three reception rooms all with an open fire and oodles of logs, a massive farmhouse kitchen, with a table which seats up to 14 at one sitting, a four oven Aga keeping it lovely and warm, ready to cook the best toast and the best roast meals. The seven bedrooms ensures there is plenty of room for everyone. The delightful fairytale dormitory is soooo gorgeous that every adult wants to sleep there!!Each cottage sleeps 8 (9 in Badgers House), and each one is uniquely designed and furnished - they each have open log fires, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathshower rooms. Badgers House is the largest, and has it's own separate lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom downstairs and carpeted throughout. Toad Hall is lovely light and airy, due to huge windows and open plan layout downstairs. Moley's Place is so cute, with large kitchen and 2 twin bedrooms downstairs.Each cottage has it's own private garden, plus private parking area. Each garden has a trampoline, sand pit and BBQ.Libbear Barton is very baby and toddler friendly - we provide all the equipment needed for little ones, including cots, high chairs, strollers, play pens, stair gates, black out blinds, toys etc - everything you could possibly need!There is loads of room for the family to explore with fantastic views of your own land - 40 acres of private farmland, woodland walks and wildlife everywhere! There are fantastic on-site facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, games room, delightful woodlands and fishing lake.You'll find the magic of Libbear Barton ...so good you won't want to leave!!

From M5 South:From M5 South to A30 Junction, follow A30 dual carriageway to Okehampton.In OKEHAMPTON TURN RIGHT at the traffic lights in centre of town then follow signs to HATHERLEIGH.From HATHERLEIGH follow signs towards HOLSWORTHY.Along this road you will arrive at the hamlet of HIGHAMPTON and at the abrupt left hand dog leg bend you will need to go straight ahead for SHEEPWASH.In SHEEPWASH VILLAGE SQUARE, opposite the Half Moon Public House, TURN LEFT signposted BLACK TORRINGTONAt the end of this road (approx 1 mile) TURN RIGHT then (approx 300 yards) TURN FIRST LEFT signposted NEW INN.Follow this road to the next left turn signposted LIBBEAR.The turning into the cottages will be the 1st entrance on your right (after to mile - marked Libbear Barton Farm.The turning into the Farmhouse will be the 2nd entrance on your right (after to mile - marked Libbear Barton.
